You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products unless otherwise agreed.
Personalised or Made-to-Order Products
Most Products sold by Sawdust Shack are personalised or made to order.
For these Products, you do not have the right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period once production has commenced, as the Products are made to your specific requirements.
